- 1.00 cup Curd Or Yogurt
- 6.00 nos Pudina Leaves
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
- 0.50 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1.00 nos Green Chilly

- For making this raitha we have to take fresh pudina leaves .
- Now take a one jar , in this add fresh pudina leaves and add 1 medium size green chilly .
- After that now add 1/2 table spun of cinnamon powder to this jar , it gives extra flavor to the raitha .
- After adding all the things now add the 1/2 spun of salt to this jar , or according to your taste .
- Add 2 table spun of water and grind this as a fully paste , then the mixer .
- Now take a one cup of fully thick yogurt or curd , for making the raitha .
- Now add the grinded mixer to the curd and mix it well, Now the pudina raitha is ready .
- Now the shaie style Pudina raitha is ready to serve now , serve with the snacks and it also good combination for kabab.
