- 1.00 cup Yogurt
- 0.25 cup Mint Leaves
- 0.50 cup Coriander Leaves
- 1.00 nos Green chilly
- 2.00 nos Onions
- 0.50 tbsp Salt
Instructions
Mint And Coriander Raita
- Add the thick curd to a mixer jar and blend them as single turn,you can also blend them using a blender,It should soften the curd.
- Transfer the beaten curd to a bowl,In that same mixer jar add the well washed mint leaves,coriander leaves and one green chilly with them and grind them well as coarse or fine paste.
- Add the grounded mint coriander leaves with that beaten yogurt and mix them well,at this mean while chop some onions into fine slices.
- Then add the fine chopped onions with them and stir well till the grounded paste,onions are well mixed to that beaten curd.
- Finally add enough salt for them at the time of serving and stir well,serve with hot pulao or with briyani recipes.
