Mini rolls with crush of peanuts-how to cook this it was simple n very easy yummy snack also. Kids will definitely enjoy this snack it was healthy also we are using peanuts know.it required 30 minutes to cook
Ingredients of Mini rolls with crush of peanuts
Mini rolls with crush of peanuts

STEP : 1
We have to take 1 cup of maida n kept aside.maida or all purpose flour to start cooking mini rolls.n then take ghee keep near to bowl like as shown in below image

After taking maida in a bowl add 1table spoon of ghee n add to maida bowl like as shown in below image

After adding 1tb spoon of ghee to maida add a pinch of salt to increase taste our snacks

Now mix maida into fine powder well untill ghee melts well without having balls of maida like as shown in below image

Now take 5ml of water as per mentioned in ingredients column take near to bowl like as shown in below image

Now add 5ml of water n make dough softly like as shown in below image dough should be kept aside to absorb moisture

Now take a cup of ground nuts like as shown in below image n keep it aside

Now take a kadai n add those groundnuts n roast them well like as shown in image which is uploaded below

Now we have to roast these ground nuts well n transfer them into a plate to get cool to remove outer layer of ground nuts

Now add those roasted ground nuts in a mixing jar like as shown in image below n take a cup of sugar kept near to mixing jar

Now add those cup of sugar to mixing jar containing ground nuts n grind them well

After adding sugar to ground nuts containing mixing jar we have to grind them into coarse powder like as shown in below image

Now take a small amount of dough n make it into a round shape n take a roti stick like as shown in below image

Now make a roti with prepared round ball dough like as shown in below image

Now add some ghee on roti spread all over the roti now add prepared groundnuts powder n spread it all over like as shown in below image

After adding groundnuts powder to roti we can observe the roti how it looks with the help of below image

Now roll the like as shown in image which is uploaded below.slowly roll the roti to stick the groundnuts powder all over

We have rolled the roti it looks like in the image observe it just apply some pressure after rolling why because to stick powder to roti

Now take a knife n keep it near rolled roti to cut them into pieces like as shown in below image to go for further process

Now cut them into small springs like shapes try to see in image I uploaded in below image.dont cut them into large pieces

Now transfer those sliced maida pieces into a plate like as shown in below image which was uploaded

Now take a empty kadai n switch on the stove heat it now add 10 table spoons of oil which is mentioned

Now add those sliced maida springs in fry them like as shown in below image which was uploaded

Now fry them into golden colour don't fry them too much they turn to sour taste so just fry them into golden colour like as shown in below image

Now transfer those fried golden maida springs in a bowl n serve them hot taste them with honey it increase more taste to your snacks
