Ingredients of millet halwa
STEP : 1
first you need to take the ingredients thinai , ghee , sugar , Cardamom seeds.

Now you need to heat the pan and fry this thinai for 5 mins in low flame.

Now you need to transfer this roasted thinai into the pan and keep it aside.

Now you need to Heat the pan and put 2 tsp ghee into the pan.

Now you need to add the cashew nuts into the pan wait for 2 sec.

Now you need to take the Mixer Grinder and add sugar into the Mixer Grinder .

Now you need to mix it like a powder and It should be like this.

Now in the same Mixer Grinder you need to add roasted thinai into the Mixer Grinder .

Now you need to add 2 Cardamom seeds into the Mixer Grinder and than mix it.

Now you need to sieve this Thinai flour into the plate and it should be like this.
