Ingredients of Millet burfi
STEP : 1
first you need to take the ingredients thinai , ghee , Jaggery , Cardamom Powder.

first you need to soak the thinai into the water for 5 to 10 mins.

Now you need to take the thinai and put it in a plate without any water.leave it for 5 mins.

Now you need to heat the pan and fry this thinai for 5 mins in low flame.

Now you need to heat the water into the bowl for 4 to 5 mins.

Now you need to add the 1 cup jaggery into the pan. keep the flame low.

When the jaggery dissolves completely, switch off the stove. 3. Filter the syrup with steel filter.

Now you need to take the mixer grinder and add Thinai into the mixer grinder.

Now you need to grind the rice like a powder and It should be like this.

Now you need to heat the pan and roast the Thinai flour for 4 to 5 mins.

Now you need to add the ghee into the Thinai flour and than roast it.

Now you need to Dry roast thinai flour in the frying pan till nice aroma comes out.

Then add jaggery syrup and mix it well without lumps. Low the flame and stir.

Now you need to stir well till the flour leaves the sides of the pan.

Now you need to add the Cardamom powder into the pan and mix it well.

Now you need to switch off the flame and than keep it aside like this.

Now you need to take a bowl and add ghee into the bowl than apply the ghee.

Now you need to add the garnish with chopped nuts into the Thinai Burfi like this.
