Delicious And Healthy Unique Dessert Millet Burfi
- 1.00 cup cup Thinai
- 05.00 tbsp Cardamom powder
- 1.00 cup jaggery
- 05.00 tbsp Sliced almond
- 3.00 tbsp ghee
- 2.00 cup water
- first you need to take the ingredients thinai , ghee , Jaggery , Cardamom Powder.
- first you need to soak the thinai into the water for 5 to 10 mins.
- Now you need to take the thinai and put it in a plate without any water.leave it for 5 mins.
- Now you need to heat the pan and fry this thinai for 5 mins in low flame.
- Now you need to heat the water into the bowl for 4 to 5 mins.
- Now you need to add the 1 cup jaggery into the pan. keep the flame low.
- When the jaggery dissolves completely, switch off the stove. 3. Filter the syrup with steel filter.
- Now you need to take the mixer grinder and add Thinai into the mixer grinder.
- Now you need to grind the rice like a powder and It should be like this.
- Now you need to heat the pan and roast the Thinai flour for 4 to 5 mins.
- Now you need to add the ghee into the Thinai flour and than roast it.
- Now you need to Dry roast thinai flour in the frying pan till nice aroma comes out.
- Then add jaggery syrup and mix it well without lumps. Low the flame and stir.
- Now you need to stir well till the flour leaves the sides of the pan.
- Now you need to add the Cardamom powder into the pan and mix it well.
- Now you need to switch off the flame and than keep it aside like this.
- Now you need to take a bowl and add ghee into the bowl than apply the ghee.
- Now you need to Pour the mixture in the bowl and level to cool down.
- Now you need to add the garnish with chopped nuts into the Thinai Burfi like this.
- Now the Thinai Burfi is ready.You need to cut them into small pieces and enjoy your day.
