  • Now you need to take the thinai and put it in a plate without any water.leave it for 5 mins.

  • Now you need to heat the pan and fry this thinai for 5 mins in low flame.

  • Now you need to heat the water into the bowl for 4 to 5 mins.

  • Now you need to add the 1 cup jaggery into the pan. keep the flame low.

  • When the jaggery dissolves completely, switch off the stove. 3. Filter the syrup with steel filter.
