Ingredients of Milk pudding
STEP : 1
First of all take the jaggery and cut them in to a very small pieces and take a bowl and add that jaggery in the bowl.

now take the black peppers and make them like a powder and also add the ilachi powder in that and add that in the jaggery.

now take the 2 cups of the milk and add them in the jaggery and mix well once with the spoon.

now with the help of hand smash the jaggery pieces in the bowl and then add the 1 tbsp of sugar for taste.

now add the 1 cup of junnu palu in the smashed and stirred milk and the jaggery content and mix well.

now take a wide pan and add the one cup of water in the pan and switch on the stove.

now take a another small sufficient bowl and add the mixed content in the bowl and keep aside for 2 minutes.

now keep the above bowl containing the milk in the water pan and keep a lid over that and cook in a very low flame.

now cook that for 10 minutes then take that lid from the pan and switch off the stove and keep aside until it cools down.

now take a serving bowl and cut that in to pieces and serve them in the bowl that's it tasty junnu ready.
