STEP : 1
Take the fresh bread packet of 1 no and separate the loafs from it in order for the preparation process simple.

Now cut the edges of the bread which will not be used for the preparation of sweet as it is not that much good taste.

Now cut them to small tiny pieces in order to easily fry them in the oil so that the small pieces will be easily fried.

Take milk of one liter and boil them in a bowl in a low flame until a layer is formed on the milk.

Take a bowl add ghee to it of 2 table spoons and made the ghee heat in the oil in a medium flame.

take the cashews of 1 table spoon and check if they are all fine or not by placing them on a paper.

Add these cashews to the ghee and made them fry on both sides in a low flame only for some time.

After that the cashews are changed color and take them out and keep it in a separate bowl for further process.

Take another bowl add ghee of 1 table spoon to it and fry the raisins in it in a low flame for some time.

After changing of the color of the raisins take them out in to another bowl and then put of the stove.

Add some more ghee to the same bowl in which cashews are fried and made the ghee heat in a low flame.

After it is heated add the bread slices to it and mix well with the ghee and fry them in a low flame.

Once the color of the bread slices has been changed put off the stove and then remain calm for some time.

Now take the milk bowl and put on the stove stir well until the milk becomes to half of the taken quantity.

After that add sugar of 1/2 cup to the milk and boil well until the sugar dissolves in it in a medium flame.

Take elaichi of 2 no and make them squash to pieces with a rod in the plate which is used for taste purpose.

Add this elaichi to the milk and mix well in order to obtain the flavour of this elaichi to the milk.

Now transfer this milk to the pan containing the bread pieces and mix well until it absorbs the milk in a low flame.

After that add the cashews of 1/2 table spoon to the milk and mix well with the pieces of bread in the pan.

At last add the raisins of 1/2 table spoon to it mix well and put off the stove and take them to serving bowl.
