Ingredients of Mexican rice
STEP : 1
Take a cup of long grained basmati rice. wash it and then dry it and then boil it so that normal rice is prepared.

Once the rice is made then drain off the excess water and put the rice in a strainer so that it is dried.

Peel the onion and chop it, peel the garlic and slice it into small pieces. Chop the green chili Make a paste of the tomato. Cut the colored bell peppers into small size. Chop the mushroom into thin slices.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the garlic cloves. Once the garlic is added fry them till it turns golden brown in color
STEP : 5
Add the onion and green chili and fry them well till the onion is softened and turns pinkish in color.

Now add the mushroom pieces to the kadai and fry them well in the oil. add some salt to it too.
STEP : 7
Now once the mushroom is fried add the colored bell peppers and mix them well with the rest of the contents.
STEP : 8
Once the bell pepper is fried add the tomato which was pureed and mix it well with the other contents.
STEP : 9
Add the boiled rice and mix with the rest of the vegetables and then the Mexican Rizo rice is ready which can be served with the salsa sauce.
