Ingredients of Methi thepla
STEP : 1
Take a bunch of methi leaves, wash it with clean water at least for 5 6 minutes so that all the impurities get remove. Now separate the leaves from the bunch of methi leaves and keep it in a bowl.
STEP : 2
Finely chop the methi leaves and keep it in a bowl, take a bowl of wheat flour, 1 tablespoon of hing or asafetida, 1 cup curd, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Mix the entire ingredient, if require add little among of water to make a perfect dough. Apply oil on the surface of dough and keep this thepla dough at least for 4 5 hours.
STEP : 4
Divide the dough into equal parts. Now take one ball of dough and cover it with dry wheat flour, make flat bread of round shape or of diameter of 6 inch like roti or normal paratha.
STEP : 5
Now heat a non-stick tawa and apply a little amount of oil over it. Place the thepla on the heated tawa, reduce the flame to low so that it cook completely. Apply 1 teaspoon of oil on the top of flat bread or thepla and flip the thepla to another side.
STEP : 6
Make two more thepla similarly as above process. These thepla are very soft and tasty. Now serve these hot thepla with a bowl of curd (garnish with methi leaf on a bowl of curd)
