Fenugreek is one of the best ingredient which is good for health , and we can make this in a simple and easy way , it is a good breakfast recipe . we can prepared this with the less ingredients , in a village style .

Ingredients of Methi Rice

1.00 cup Rice
2.00 tbsp Oil
1.00 tbsp Cuminseeds
1.00 no Onion
1.00 no Tomato
1.00 cup Fenugreek Leaves
1.00 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste
2.00 no Cinamom
2.00 no clove
1.00 no cardamom
2.00 no green chilly
1.00 tbsp Salt
1.00 tbsp Redchilly powder
1.00 tbsp Coriander powder
0.50 tbsp Turmeric powder
0.50 cup water
0.50 cup Green Pea

Methi Rice

For making the fenugreek Rice , we have to cook the rice separately as in below image .

STEP : 1

Now take a one bowel in this add 1 and 1/2 cup of water .

Now add 1/2 cup of green pea to this for boil , in a low flame .

Now add 1/2 table spun of salt to this , for taste , and cook for 5 minutes .

Now take one bunch of fenugreek leaves , and pluck it only the leaves from the stick .

Add 1/2 cup of water to the 1 cup of fenugreek leaves , leave it for 2 minutes , then wash it fully .

Take a one pan in this add 1 and 1/2 table spun of oil .  Make it heat in a low medium flame .

Fry all the ingredients for 5 minutes , the leaves have to fry fully .

After boiling the mixer , now add 1 cup of Rice to the pan .

Squeeze the lemon of 2 drops it gives the good taste for the dish .
