Ingredients of Methi puri
STEP : 1
First of all switch on the stove keep a bowl and add the water and then add the cleaned methi leaves and cook for 5 minutes.

now take a mixy jar and add these boiled leaves in the mixy jar and add the 2 garlics and grind like a fine paste.

now take a bowl and add the 1 cup of the maida and then add the 3 tbsp of wheat flour and mix both well.
