Meethi is prepared with cottage cheese cooked in onion tomato gravy. The taste of this recipe is increase by grated paneer. This can be an awesome dinner recipe as the preparation of soft paneer and fenugreek leaves are simmered in medium spicy.

Ingredients of Methi paneer recipe

0.25 kg Cottage cubes
1.00 cup grated paneer
1.00 cup methi leaves
0.25 tbsp cumin seeds
4.00 tbsp oil
1.00 no onion
0.50 tbsp ginger paste
0.25 tbsp garlic paste
0.25 tbsp cumin powder
0.25 tbsp coriander powder
0.25 tbsp red chili powder
0.25 tbsp kitchen king masala
0.25 tbsp salt
1.00 cup milk
3.00 no green chili

Methi paneer recipe

Take chopped onion, chopped tomato, 8 – 9 garlic cloves, 1 inch ginger, 1 cup methi leaves, cottage cheese cubes and 1 cup fresh grated paneer.

Now add the cubes of cottage cheese and mix very carefully with the masala so that the cubes don’t break. Cover it with a lid and reduce the flame to low.

After 15 minutes remove the lid, add half cup of full cream milk and bring it to boil. After that add methi leaves which has already prepared in 2nd step.

Mix it properly and add garam masala, turn off the flame. Transfer it to a serving bowl and garnish it with green chili.
