Methi paneer recipe
STEP : 1
Take chopped onion, chopped tomato, 8 9 garlic cloves, 1 inch ginger, 1 cup methi leaves, cottage cheese cubes and 1 cup fresh grated paneer.
STEP : 2
Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and saute it for a second. Then add chopped methi leaves, pinch of salt and saute it for few seconds. Turn off the gas and transfer it into a separate bowl.

On same non-stick pan, add the paste of onion and saute it for few second, then add the paste of ginger and garlic and again saute it.
STEP : 4
Add kitchen king masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt as required. Now add tomato puree and mix well.
STEP : 5
Saute the masala until oil get start separated from it. Add a pinch of sugar and mix it. Then add the grated paneer and mix it with the masala.
STEP : 6
Now add the cubes of cottage cheese and mix very carefully with the masala so that the cubes dont break. Cover it with a lid and reduce the flame to low.
STEP : 7
After 15 minutes remove the lid, add half cup of full cream milk and bring it to boil. After that add methi leaves which has already prepared in 2nd step.
STEP : 8
Mix it properly and add garam masala, turn off the flame. Transfer it to a serving bowl and garnish it with green chili.
