Ingredients of Methi mutton

STEP : 1
These are the simple ingredients required to make the mutton fenugreek leaves curry. Which are easily available in the markets.

STEP : 2
Remove the skin of onion and chop it in pieces and wash the tomatoes and chop it in pieces.

STEP : 3
Now in a pressure cooker add the chopped onions in small pieces . This dish is made in a pressure cooker.

After adding the onions now add the washed and chopped tomatoes in the pressure cooker .

Add the washed and diced mutton in the pressure cooker. Wash mutton nicely before adding.

Now take 1 1/2 tbspn of ginger garlic paste and add it in the pressure cooker.

Take a pinch or 1/2 tbsp of turmeric powder and add it in the mixture of the pressure cooker.

Take 1 1/2 tbsp of red chilli powder and add it in the pressure cooker.

STEP : 9
Add salt as per taste required. Here I have taken 1 tbsp of salt in the pressure cooker.

Now add oil in the pressure cooker. I have used 3 1/2 tbsp in the mixture of the cooker.

Now mix the mixture well such that all the items mixes well with each other.

Close the lid of pressure cooker and allow it to cool till 3 whistle. Till the mutton tenders.

Till the time mutton is cooking let us remove the skin of potatoes and wash it and chop it in pieces and in the same manner cut the fenugreek leaves and wash it.

After the mutton is cooked nicely now add the washed and chopped potatoes in the pressure cooker.

Now add the washed and the stick removed green chillies in the pressure cooker mixture.

Now add the washed and chopped fenugreek leaves in pressure cooker and cook well.

Mix the mixture well and allow it to cook until the potatoes get boil. You can check it by pressing in fingers. To avoid over cook.

The potatoes are boiled and the mutton fenugreek leaves is ready to serve. Serve it in the serving bowl.

After serving the recipe in serving bowl now garnish it with the green leaves Kothmir .
