This is a unique chicken recipe which is cooked in ghee where the aroma of methi seeds come out best. It is cooked with only garlic and little onion slices and no other masala. The chicken is marinated well for a better taste.

Ingredients of Methi malai chicken

0.25 kg Chicken Cubes
1.00 no Onion
1.00 tbsp Garlic Paste
2.00 no Chili
1.00 no Tomato
6.00 no Curry Leaves
1.00 cup Coconut Milk
0.25 tbsp Salt
0.50 cup Curd
0.25 tbsp Methi Seeds
4.00 tbsp Oil

Methi malai chicken

Take the chicken cubes and make sure they are all of uniform size. Wash them very well under running water.
