Ingredients

- 1.00 cup MenthyaSopu
- 2.00 tbsp Honey
- 1.00 cup Water
- 1.00 tbsp ChinthamaniePowder
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
Instructions
Methi Leaves Juice
- First take a one bunch of menthya sopu , and clean this fully , And after that wash this in a water twise .
- After cleaning the mentya sopu , Now take a one jar now add the menthya sopu for griending .
- After griending the menthya sopu in a griender , it is look likeas in the below image as i shown .
- It is the powder of Bruthad Chinthamani , and VathaChinthamanie , It is avalabel in all ayurveda stores , After griending the sopu , add this powder of 1 spunand griend again .for 5 minutes .
- After that adding the Churna in a combination , Now take a Poppy Seeds and add 1/2 spunof poppy seeds in the last round of grinding .
- In the time of adding the poppy seeds , just add 1/4 spun of Cumin seeds also , because it is gives a mild flavor .
- After thecompletion of griending , take a one lemon and remove the juice from the lemon, And add 1 spunof lemon juice in the time of serving .
- After adding the lemon juice , Now take a one dry ginger and powdedr this fully , And add 1/2 pinch in the time of serving .
- Lastly take a one natural honey , And add 2 to 3 spun of honey in the time of serving.
- Now theAyurveda style of Mentya Sopina juice is ready to serve now , Consume this juice in a emty stomch for good result .
