1.00 cup methi leaf
1.00 no onion
1.00 tbsp lemon juice
5.00 no dry chilli
2.00 tbsp urad dal
1.00 tbsp chana dal
1.00 tbsp coconut
1.00 tbsp Bengal gram
1.00 tbsp Asofoetida
2.00 tbsp oil
1.00 tbsp mustard
1.00 tbsp salt

In a dry pan add channa dal,urad dal,drychilli,asafoetida until it roasted in brown color,then add a coconut roasted it.

I have only had mini idli with sambar but this is amazing . I have tried this for twice as of now. The taste is really amazing and flavours of the dish gives lot of wish to try this dish. The ingredients also very very easily available ingredients.the procedures are also crystal clear and understandable. Childrens will definitely love this. So many parents can use this trick to give healthy food to their children's. Even I tried giving to many little sister who love some small innovative dishes. Yummy ... I loved this dish because I am a big fan of South Indian food. This is healthy, tasty dish and I like the softness of idli very much. I like the flavoure of neem tadka in it. I would like to eat it in the evening snack with tea, although we can eat it in the morning breakfast, because idli is very healthy diet food… I liked it, hope others like it too.
