The stuffing of this paratha is mixing of methi, pudina and dhaniya leaves. With this I have made two types of parathas which are equally tasty and healthy. This yummy paratha will be super food for kids as it contains lots of green veggies.

Ingredients of Methi ka paratha

2.00 cup Methi leaves
2.00 cup pudina leaves
2.00 cup coriander leaves
2.00 no onion
1.00 no green chili
1.00 tbsp chat masala
0.25 tbsp salt
0.50 tbsp red chili powder
4.00 cup wheat flour
6.00 tbsp oil

Methi ka paratha

Take a bunch of methi leaves, bunch of coriander leaves and pudina leaves. Wash them properly so that all the impurities get removed. After that put all the leaves of methi, pudina and coriander in one bowl.
