Ingredients of Methi chaman

Now take a fresh and cleaned plate and add the one bundle of palak and methi to the plate and clean them.

and now add the palak and methi bundles to a pan and add some water to the pan and cook with lid.

and now for paneer make milk to break and make paneer with cloth and take a pan and fry them and keep in a plate.

and take a mixer and add the methi and palak and all spices like garlic and ginger and grind them into soft paste.

and now take a fresh kadai and add some oil and add the cloves and jeera and elachi and all other ingredients as you like and fry for some time.

and now take a cup of chopped onions and add them to the pan and mix well with all ingredients cook till it turns into golden brown.

and add the chopped tomato to the pan and add ginger garlic paste and add the table spoon of garam masala powder and red chili powder.

and now add the green paste from the mixer to the pan and cook for some time with lid on the pan.

and now add the fried paneer cubes to the green gravy and cook till the paneer cubes softens and till the oil exceeds out.
