Ingredients of Meethi seviyan
STEP : 1
In the very first step you need all the ingredients like sugar, ghee , almonds, pista, water, siwaiyan, milk, cardamom, oil, coconut.

So in the next step you have to finely chopped the almonds, pista and coconut.

Then take one small size pan and put it on the medium flame and then take two tablespoon of oil.

Then take the three cardamons and open it from the middle and put it in the pan and allow it to cook for two minutes.

Then take a water in the glass and put it in the pan and cook it for five minutes.

Then after that take three tablespoon of sugar and put it in the pan. Then allow it cook for five minutes.

Then put three tablespoon of ghee in it and stir it with the big spoon and allow it on the medium flame for five minutes.

Then take the siwaiyan which is our main ingredient and put it in the pan and then stir it and cook it for five minutes.

And then take the glass of milk and put in the pan and stir the pan with the spoon and cook it for two minutes.

Now take your chopped coconut and then put it in the pan and stir it.

Now take your another dry fruit which is chopped almonds and then stir it continuously.

So my last ingredient is another dry fruit pista. So take you chopped pista and put it in the flame.

So cook your siwaiyan for two minutes on the medium flame and now finally it is ready to taste it.
