Fish is very good and healthy recipe this is a good content of minerals this fry is very easy to prepare and this is very yummy to eat we are using para fish which is just like vanjaram only centre bone will be there

Ingredients of Meen varuval

0.50 kg fish
1.00 tbsp chillipowder
0.25 tbsp Termericpowder
0.50 tbsp gingergarlicpaste
0.25 tbsp salt
1.00 cup oil
