STEP : 1
At the first step wash the neymeen egg carefully and keep it on a bowl or plate, remove the blood stains on it.

then cut it to two equal halves and pour salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder and coriander powder, mix it well and keep aside.

Then heat a pan and pour oil to it, when it is hot add chopped ginger ,garlic ,green chilly and stir well.

Then put the marinated fish egg pieces to the saute mix and then keep in low flame ,carefully mix it well.

then put some curry leaves on top of it and again mix it, no need to break the egg by us.

Because after two to three minutes the egg will break by its own, so close the pan and let it cooked.

after five to ten minutes open the pan (Stir it in every two minutes),if its almost done add chopped onion to it.
STEP : 8
mix it well and cook for five more minutes, so that the onion becomes nicely fried, add oil as per need.
STEP : 9
Then when the egg is nicely cooked off the flame and serve hot, so transfer it to the serving plate.
