Ingredients of Meen cutlet
STEP : 1
At first clean the fish and then cut it to pieces ,then place a pan on flame and put the fish, water ,turmeric powder and salt to it.

let the fish gets cooked well for about five to ten minutes ,when it is cooked off the flame and take out the fish.

then peel off the skin from potato and cut it to big pieces then put this to the remaining water.

Let it cooked for ten to fifteen minutes, when it is done then off the flame and let it cook.

then remove the flesh from the fish , we don't need bones . mean while slice ginger, garlic, onion, green chilly in to small pieces.

then heat a pan and pour oil to it when it is hot add the sliced ingredients to it and saute it well.

then pour the fish pieces to it and stir for two more minutes ,then off the flame and let it cool.

then we can mix the fish mix and potato together using clean hands , don't mix it when it is hot, it may burn your hands.

then take a small portion from the mix and make it to cutlet shape and do the same with remaining mix.

then beat an egg and take some bread crumbs in a plate ,then place the cutlet to egg first ,spread it well and then to the bread crumbs ,repeat same with remaining cutlets.

heat a pan or kadai and pour oil to deep fry ,when it is hot put the cutlet to it.

when one side of the cutlet becomes brawn and fried turn the side and let the other side too get fried.

when it is done , take it out and wipe off excess oil using tissue paper ,then fry the remaining cutlets.

Now our yummy fish cutlet is ready to serve. transfer to the serving plate and serve hot with sauce and salad.
