Ingredients of Mathi fry
STEP : 1
Take some sardine fish and wash it properly in fresh water.cut it's head and tail with a sharp knife,Transfer it to a plate.
STEP : 2
Then take chilly powder,pepper powder, turmeric powder and mixed garlic and salt.mix them to form a paste.You mix them cleanly and completely.
STEP : 3
Then mix the paste into the cut fishes.apply the paste to the both sides of fishes.Completely apply the masala paste to each pieces of fish.
STEP : 4
Take a fresh pan and pour 2 table spoon of oil.after oil burns transfer the fishes into the pan carefully and start to fry it.
STEP : 5
after frying the one side of fish turn on other side of fish.after frying both sides transfer it to a beautiful plate.
