- 1.00 tbsp Salt
- 0.5 nos Oil
Instructions
Matar Paste Preparation
- Take some dried red chili and some cumin seeds all those things roast in a tawa and add it in a grinder.
- cool the rosted masala and grind it properly for using the masala in the recipe and keep it aside in a bowl.
- Take some maida in a bowl and keep aside, take some green peas and keep aside, take the roasted masala powder and take some hing.
- Take a grinder then wash the green peas and add it in the grinder and grind it and make a smooth paste of the green peas.
