Matar baingain pakoda is made by matar ,baingain and few more ingredients. It do not take much time to be prepared. It is a nutritious and healthy dish. Is is best for journey and travel as it is durable for two days.

Ingredients of Matar baingan pakoda

2.00 no Brinjal
0.25 kg Peas
10.00 no chillies
1.00 tbsp salt
0.25 tbsp Turmeric powder
1.00 cup Besan
1.00 cup water
1.50 cup oil

Take 2 medium size brinjal and wash it . Cut it into circular pieces. Take  Πkg peas and remove its peels.

Take a cup of besan in a container, add one teaspoon salt,  Πteaspoon turmeric powder. cut three chillies into small pieces and add it.

Now mix the the besan properly then add a cup of water to it and mix it well.

Add cut pieces of brinjal and pea seeds to besan mixture and mix them thoroughly.

put caudal on gas, lit the gas,put 2 cup of oil in the caudal, let it heat for 1to 2 minutes.

After the oil get heated, take the mixture with a big spoon and put it into the caudal slowly, put more 4 to 5 spoon of mixture saperately into caudal .

leave it for a minute, turn them with spatula so that it get cooked from both side. Take them out after it changes its colour to little orange.

put the pakoda into a plate, let it cool for few minutes, put some chillies to enhance its look or decorate it as your wish and serve it.
