STEP : 1
Take 2 medium size brinjal and wash it . Cut it into circular pieces. Take Œ kg peas and remove its peels.
STEP : 2
Take a cup of besan in a container, add one teaspoon salt, Œ teaspoon turmeric powder. cut three chillies into small pieces and add it.

Now mix the the besan properly then add a cup of water to it and mix it well.
STEP : 4
Add cut pieces of brinjal and pea seeds to besan mixture and mix them thoroughly.
STEP : 5
put caudal on gas, lit the gas,put 2 cup of oil in the caudal, let it heat for 1to 2 minutes.
STEP : 6
After the oil get heated, take the mixture with a big spoon and put it into the caudal slowly, put more 4 to 5 spoon of mixture saperately into caudal .
STEP : 7
leave it for a minute, turn them with spatula so that it get cooked from both side. Take them out after it changes its colour to little orange.
STEP : 8
put the pakoda into a plate, let it cool for few minutes, put some chillies to enhance its look or decorate it as your wish and serve it.
