Masoor Ki Daal
- 0.25 kg Masoor daal
- 1.00 cup Onion
- 5.00 nos Green chili
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
- 0.50 tbsp Red chili powder
- 0.25 tbsp Haldi powder
- 1.00 liter Water
- 4.00 tbsp Oil
- 0.25 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1.00 tbsp Ginger and Garlic
- 2.00 nos coriander leaves
Instructions
Masoor Ki Daal
- First we deep the masoor dal in water for few house before cook the hot and spicy masoor dal at home.
- Now we cut the onion and green chili and take all the ingredients in a pot which is used to cook it.
- Now we take a pot and drop them oil and heat the oil properly. after heating the oil we drop them cutting onion and green chili.
- When onion and other ingredients are going to the fried then we finally mix all the rest masala in it properly.
- Now we mix this masoor daal in the fried ingredients pot and cook it for few minutes at the low temperature. Now with in the five to seven minutes the testy hot and spicy masoor ki daal is ready to the serve.
