Masoor dal Khichdi
- 1.25 cup Masoor ki dal red gram
- 3.25 cup Rice
- 1.25 cup Oil
- 2.00 nos Onions
- 1.25 tbsp Salt
- 1.25 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1.25 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1.25 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 1.25 tbsp Mint leaves
Khatta Preparation
- 1.25 cup Sesame seeds
- 1.25 gram Tamarind
- 4.00 nos Green chillies
- 1.25 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1.25 tbsp Mustard seeds
- 1.25 tbsp Curry leaves
- 1.00 tbsp Salts
- 1.25 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2.00 nos Onions
- 1.25 cup Coriander leaves
- 1.25 cup Oil
- 1.25 tbsp Turmeric powder
Instructions
Masoor Dal Khichdi
- These are the simple 9 ingredients required to make the masoor ki dal ki khichdi in the home
- First Step you need to take a utensil and put the rice and masoor ki dal (Red gram) in it .
- In this step you need to wash the rice and red gram and add 3 glass of water and keep aside for sometime.
- Now you need to take a cooking utensil and heat it and put the 3 table spoon of oil in it
- Next you need to make the slices of onions and put it in the Cooking utensil and cook it
- After cooking the onion next you need to add one table spoon of Ginger garlic paste in the Cooking utensil
- Next you need to add the salt as per the taste or one table spoon in it
- Next you need to add the half table spoon of turmeric powder in the Cooking utensil
- After adding turmeric powder Next you need to add the mint leaves and coriander leaves in the Cooking utensil and keep the stove on low flame and cook it
- After cooking Next you need to add 4 glass of water in the Cooking utensil and cook till the water gets boil
- When the water gets to boil now you need to add the above soaked rice in the Cooking utensil
- After adding the rice in it now you need to put the lid of the Cooking utensil and cook for 10 minutes
- You need cook the rice till the rice gets completely cooked like a food as shown
Khatta Preparation
- These are the simple ingredients required to make the khatta to eat with khichdi with the simple steps
- For making the khatta you need to take a bowl and put the tamarind in it and Wash it and soaked it for sometime
- Next you need to take a flatbed round pan and put the sesame seeds and roast it
- After roasting the sesame seeds you need to remove it in the plate and cool it for better taste.
- In this step you need to take the mixer grinder cup and put the roasted sesame seeds in the grinder cup
- Next you need to add the green chillies and salt as per the taste in it or half table spoon and grind it.
- In this step you need to take out the juice of soaked tamarind as shown
- After take outing the juice of tamarind now you need to add half table spoon of Ginger garlic paste in the tamarind juice
