This is a complete microwave dish where the mashed potatoes are baked in a microwave dish. It is crispy crunchy and healthy too. It can be served with dinner rolls and is very healthy as it has the protein content of chicken and cheese however no oil is used.

Ingredients of Mashed potatoes with cheese

1.00 no Potato
1.00 no Salami
2.00 tbsp Butter
2.00 tbsp Grated Cheese
0.25 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
0.25 tbsp Salt
0.25 tbsp Parsley

Take a large sized potato, peel it and wash it well. Take a small amount of grated cheese and the butter. Take a salami.
