mixures are the most loved snacks in south India and preparing mixures is very easy and the taste it gives is awesome. they don't fill up our belly but they make us feel satisfied untill dinner, they are one of the lightest foods that everybody will love to take.

Ingredients of Masala puffed rice

2.00 cup puffed rice
1.00 cup tomato
1.00 cup onion
1.00 cup mixture
3.00 tbsp tamarind
2.00 tbsp jaggery
1.00 tbsp salt
2.00 tbsp sev
5.00 gram chilies

This is a very easy and simple time pass healthy snack to prepare at home. Ingredients are very simple and easily available in our house. Method of cooking is nicely explained. It's not much time consuming and tastes amazing. That imli and jaggery together adds so much sweet and tangy and delicious taste to this snack.
