Ingredients of Masala pori
STEP : 1
Take a fresh and clean onion and peel it off and take a clean and fresh plate and chop the onion into very tiny pieces.

and now as the next step add the fresh tomato into the plate and chop the tomato into small pieces and shift them into the bowl.

and now take a fresh and clean bowl and add the two cups of fresh and crunchy murmure to the bowl and if they are soften heat it for 2 minutes.

and now take a small piece of tamarind and add it into a bowl and heat it with some water and add red chili and sugar and salt.

an in the bowl keep the murmure and now as the next step add the chopped tiny pieces of the tomato to the bowl.

and now add the chopped onions to the murmure and chopped tomato aside and keep the add the extra murmure if needed.

and now in the bowl as the next step add the fried ground nuts to the bowl and make the ground nuts cool before adding.

and now add the cooked and smashed potato to the mixture and also add some groundnuts and make the aloo as paste.

and now add the tamarind sauce of 2 table spoons and add some katta meeta of one packet and one packet of sev and mix the all ingredients.

as the last step add the extra tamarind sauce or pudina chutney to the bowl and add some pani puri and serve.
