The vegetable Masala papad is one of the most famous starter recipe in Gujarat. This veg. masala papad recipe is very healthy and nutritious recipe. It contain high nutritional value and large source of calary. This recipe is mostly available in all punjabi and gujarati restaurants.

Ingredients of Masala Papad

1.00 no Udad Dal Papad
1.00 no Onion
1.00 no Tomato
2.00 no Green Mirchi
1.00 tbsp Cummin Powder
1.00 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
1.00 tbsp Salt
0.50 tbsp Lemon Juice
1.00 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Masala Papad

Take Udad dal Papad, 1 Tomato (medium size), 1 Onion (medium size), 2 green mirchi in to a plate.

STEP : 1

Now roast the Udad Dal Papad on gas or in Oven. Papad shoul be white and it should not be burn out. Cut down onion, tomato and green mirchi into very fine piece and collect in to a plate.

Now take roasted Udad Dal Papad in to a plate and sprinkle the half content on upper side lightly and then sprinkle pinch of chat masala on it.
