STEP : 1
first of all take the bowl and soak the black gram and grind well and add the idly ravva and mix well

now take the salt add the slat for the taste and mix once and then take the idly tray and add the batter in the tray

now switch on the stove and cook the idlies in the slow flame until they boil like soft as sown in the image

now take the knife and cut the idlies in to the small pieces as shown in the image and keep aside

now take the pan and add the oil in the pan and preheat the pan for the 5 minutes

now take the black gram and chana dal add them in the preheated oil and fry well until they fry like gold

now take the red chilies and cut them in to pieces and then take the curry leaves and add them in the oil and fry

now then after take the turmeric powder and add the one tbsp of the turmeric powder and add in the pan

now take the spoon and mix all the ingredients well until the turmeric powder mix well with the ingredients .

now take the idly pieces and add them slowly in the fried ingredients and mix them well as shown in the image

now take the ground nuts and chana dal and curry leaves make them as a fine powder as shown in the image

now take the prepared fine powder and add the one or two tbsp of that powder in the idlie pieces

now take the spoon and mix all the idly pieces until they mingle with the pieces and cook them in the oil for 5 minutes

now take the serving plate and serve the taste and delicious thalimpu idly in the plate and garnish with the curry leaves
