STEP : 1
take fresh buttermilk. some green chilies , ginger, garlic, lemon juice, coriander leaves, salt, curry leaves, sugar, bay leaf , cumin seeds, mustard seeds, cloves etc in a plate.

STEP : 2
Now take a pan heat it and add oil. then add cumin , mustard seeds and cloves in oil. fry them until they release flavour. then add some green chilies, curry leaves and chopped ginger and garlic. mix and fry well.

After ginger and garlic is added and fried well, take some bay leaves , crush them into small size pieces and pour into the oil. fry well.

STEP : 4
After all the ingredients are fried well, add two cups of fresh butter milk in it. stir it finely and let it be cooked for two to three minutes on a low flame.

STEP : 5
Now to bring some sweetness add one to two tablespoons of sugar in the butter milk. you can use other sweetening agents also if you want. let it be simmer after adding sugar. stir it well.

STEP : 6
Now for a little sour taste , add one table spoon of lemon juice in butter milk curry. again stir well and let it be cooked. add pinch of salt also.

STEP : 7
Now all the ingredients are mixed well. sprinkle some fresh chopped coriander leaves in the buttermilk curry. stir it well and let the curry to be cooked on a low flame.

STEP : 8
After the curry is cooked well remove it from gas , serve it hot , garnish with some fresh chopped coriander leaves. you can eat this curry with rice or as it is.
