Sweet and spicy chaas curry is a very easy dish to make. also tasty and good for health. Chaas is given a twist in such a way that all the flavours are satisfying our tongue mood swings. different flavours in one dish. must try it out.

Ingredients of Masala chaas

2.00 cup Buttermilk
2.00 no Green chilies
0.50 tbsp Ginger
6.00 no Garlic
2.00 no Bay leaf
0.50 tbsp Cumin seeds
6.00 no Cloves
0.50 no Mustard seeds
1.00 tbsp Coriander leaves
0.50 tbsp Salt
2.00 tbsp Sugar
1.00 tbsp Lemon juice

Masala chaas

take fresh buttermilk. some green chilies , ginger, garlic, lemon juice, coriander leaves, salt, curry leaves, sugar, bay leaf , cumin seeds, mustard seeds, cloves etc in a plate.

Now take a pan heat it and add oil. then add cumin , mustard seeds and cloves in oil. fry them until they release flavour. then add some green chilies, curry leaves and chopped ginger and garlic. mix and fry well.

Spicy and sweet in one dish. Wow wow really awesome. We can eat this dish after having lunch. It greatly helps in digestion. My father who has problems in digestion was having these for continuous 3 days and getting very good results. Even I also tried this dish for 3 days and also feel very fresh and good.
