Buttermilk is a very quick and easy recipe to make at home. It is a flavour of curry leaves with sweetness of some sugar and delicious taste of buttermilk.
Ingredients
Masala Buttermilk
- 0.50 liter buttermilk
- 0.50 tbsp oil
- 0.25 tbsp cumin seeds
- 3.00 nos green chilli
- 1.00 tbsp salt
- 0.50 tbsp sugar
- 0.50 cup coriander leaves
Instructions
Masala Buttermilk
- Take butter milk in a bowl and add sugar . Mix well till sugar melt in butter milk and take aside.
- Take pan and heat it , after heating take oil in pan and add cumin and green chilli and fry it for 1minute.
- Add salt into it and then add buttermilk. Heat buttermilk on low flame with continually shaking it with a spoon .
- Only heat buttermilk not boil it. After heating take it into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and serve it .
