Maharasthrian masala bhaat is famous vegeterian rice bhaat which is very famous in maharashtra , It is new way rice bhaat that is very easy to prepare for households in their home with few ingredients and also it contains less time consuming.

Ingredients of Masala bhat

1.00 cup Peanuts
1.00 cup Green peas
1.00 tbsp Garam masala

1.00 no Cinnamon stick

0.50 tbsp Turmeric powder
1.00 tbsp Mustard seeds

Masala bhat

The key ingredients to prepare Masala bhaat ,we need rice ,cauliflower,green peas,peanuts,garlic cloves,onions, carrot,tomatoes,red chilli powder,ghee,ginger ,lemon,bay leaf, biryani spices, lavang,cinnamon stick,coriander leaves,lemons,red chilly powder,black pepper powder,turmeric powder, coriander seeds,oil and salt.

Add a cup of water and let the rice soak under 10 to 15 minutes.
