STEP : 1
Take a medium sized pan add two and one and half glass of water and half tablespoon of salt and let it boil.

After it boils add two cups of rice flour and leave it aside dont mix it since its too hot be careful

mean time,Now grate carrot and chop onions and keep ready to mix with rice flour once it get cooled well.wait for some time

Now by the time keep side Rice flaur to cooled, after rice flour is cooled well it means it ready to mix up.

once rice flour get cooled well put the grated carrot and choped onions to the rice flaur bowl for mixing as well.

Now by the time even the rice flour is cooled now mix chopped onion and carrot grated one to the same pan and mix it wel,Dont make the mixture too watery semi state it should be

Now take tava to heat and put some oil on tava to make good removal and gives a good taste more.

Now take the butter or oil and foil paper and make medium sized ball of the rice flour mixture and using oil spread the mixture and make it into circle shape.

STEP : 9
Now carefully take it from the oil or foil or butter paper and put it on tava Before putting it on the tava add oil to the tava and Now fry both the sides well.

And finally you can serve it on plate it with vegetable palya or coconut chuttni. it's a very tasty breakfast.
