Sambar is the special Item of Tamil Nadu This is the good combination of rice dosa idli everything ,Here we are going to make the Sambhar like brahmins method We are going to use the vegetables drumstick brinjal and mango This taste yummy just try this at your home .

Ingredients of Mango sambar

1.00 cup Toor dal
3.00 no Brinjal
1.00 no Mango
1.00 no Drumsticks
4.00 no Tomato
2.00 no Onion
0.25 cup Garlic
4.00 tbsp Sambar powder
1.00 tbsp Chilli powder
0.50 tbsp Turmeric powder
4.00 tbsp Ghee
0.50 tbsp Mustard
0.50 tbsp Cumin
4.00 tbsp Curry leaves
3.00 tbsp Coriander leaves
3.00 tbsp Salt
