Ingredients of Mango rice
Mango rice

STEP : 1
Take all ingredients and keep it ready take half teaspoon of asafetida and one mango wash the mango thoroughly because the milk might be there

STEP : 2
Take the mango wash it thoroughly and cut the edges and using the greater great the mangoes as as own in the picture

STEP : 3
Now take the present cooked rice the rice should not over cooked and here I am using boiled rice you can take even basmathi rice and add salt while cooking

STEP : 4
Keep the pan over the stove and add oil to it and add mustard and cumin seeds and green chillies to it and fry them nicely

Once the chillies fried nicely add the Bengal gram to the oil and fry them nicely till it turns like golden brown in colour

And once everything fried nicely add the tamarind powder and asafetida and fry them nicely and then add the mango to the pan and mix it thoroughly and cook it for five minutes and you can store this as instant mix also

Now add the rice to the mango masala and mix it thoroughly and garnish it with coriender leaves and serve hot with potato fry which is a nice combination for mango rice
