Ingredients of Mango rasam
STEP : 1
Take the tomato of one clen it and take them to jar inorder to grind well make it into the paste.

Grind well until there are no pieces of tomato in the jar up to that grind well by adding some water.

Take a pan add oil of 2 to 3 table spoons made it heat for some time in a low flame

Add cumin of 1/2 table spoon and mustard seeds of 1/2 table spoon to the oil and made it to fry.

After that add tomato paste and turmeric powder of 1/2 table spoon to the oil and made it to cook in the oil.

After they are cooked add water of 4 to 5 table spoons and made it to boil for some time in a medium flame.

Add salt of 1/2 table spoon to the water mix well until the salt dissolves in it for some time on the stove.
STEP : 8
Now add raw mango paste of 3 to 4 table spoons to the water mix well and boil the water until the paste dissolves in it and boil well.
STEP : 9
After that add jaggery of 1 table spoon to the boiled water for the taste purpose and mix well until it dissolves.

At last before put off the stove add garam masala of 1/2 table spoon to it mix well and serve with a lemon slice.
