Mango Raita – An Amazing Healthiest And Quick Mango Raita Recipe
Mango raita is a best healthy breakfast side dish for everyone and it is very popular in Indian homes . The main ingredient in raita is curd or Yogurt which is very good for digestion.
Ingredients
Mango Raita
- 2.00 nos Mango
- 1.00 cup Yogurt
- 0.5 tbsp Salt
- 0.25 tbsp Fenugreek Seeds
- 0.25 tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 3.00 nos Dried Red Chilly
- 0.25 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 1.00 tbsp Oil
Instructions
Mango Raita
- Take one cup of fresh curd and also bring some mustard seeds,fenugreek seeds,salt and three dried red chilies,and some coriander leaves.
- Take two fresh mangoes of any variety,here i have taken alphonso mango for delicious and tasty,wash them well with some water.
- Scrape out the mango skin and slice them as small cubes,it may increase in its quantity if requires more raita.
- Take a cup of fresh curd into a bowl and add enough salt for them and whisk them well using a spoon till it comes to soft and smooth.
- When it comes to soft now add the welll chopped mango slices with them and stir well,reserve some mango slices for garnish.
- Heat a tempering pan add some ghee [or oil,when oil gets hot,now add some mustard and fenugreek seeds.
- When the added seeds are splutters then add needed red chilies with them and roast for few seconds.
- Then pour the tempered ingredients over the prepared raita mixture,and stir well till it mixes altogether,garnish and serve.
