- 1.25 cup Oats
- 1.00 nos Mango
- 1.25 cup Milk
- 1.25 cup Sugar
- 1.25 tbsp Almonds
- 1.25 tbsp Cashew

- These are the simple ingredients required to make the Mango oats smoothie in the home easily.
- First step you need to soak the oats in the water, I have soaked the oats for the whole night.
- Next you need to peel off the mangoes and chopped them and take a grinder cup and put the chopped Mango in it.
- Next you need to add the soaked oats in the mixer grinder cup as shown.
- Next time you need to add half cup of sugar in the grinder cup.
- Next you need to add half a cup of milk in the grinder cup and grind it.
- Next you need to take the serving glass and put the grind Mango and oats smoothie in the glass as shown
- You can garnish it on the top of the glass with dry fruits I have used Almonds and cashew to garish it.
- Now the Mango oats smoothie is ready to serve.
