STEP : 1
In a bowl add a cup of Powdered Oats and add 1/2 a cup of wheat flour that is 1:1/2 ratio and mix well togethee.
STEP : 2
Take a mixer jar add the Ripe Mango fruit slices into it and grind is a fine paste by adding skimmed milk gradually.
STEP : 3
By adding the skimmed milk the mango puree is thickened and fine pasted as shown in the below picture, and also same procedure for banana and or for jack-fruits.

Now add the mango puree into the oats and wheat flour mix, beat well till no forms of lumps, at this stage add a pinch of salt to enhance the sweetness.

Now add the white layer of egg two eggs and a cup of sugar are mix well together till the batter becomes soft and tender, smash well to resolve the lumps formation.

Now add 1/2 table spoon of venila essence which gives very good flavor to this recipe, mix well together, if you have beater are used make a soft batter.
STEP : 7
Keep the batter for five minutes without any disturb, Now heat the flat non-stick pan and pour the batter and spread it like a dosa, close the lid and keep boil for 3 minutes in medium flame.

After 3 minutes, turn the spread and boil it for two minutes in medium flame add oil or ghee whatever we need, now the oats mango pancake is ready to serve hot.
