- 0.50 liter Whole Milk
- 2.00 nos Mango
- 0.25 cup Crunched Pistachios
- 0.25 cup Crunched Badam
- 0.25 cup Cashew nuts
- 1.00 tbsp Cornflour
- 1.00 tbsp Badam Powder
- 0.25 tbsp Cardamom Powder
- 0.75 cup Sugar
- 0.25 tbsp Salt
Instructions
Mango Kulfi At Home
- The key ingredients to prepare Malai kulfi recipe,we need whole milk,mango ,green cardamoms,sugar,corn flour,pistachios,badam,cashew nuts,badam powder,sticks and pinch salt.
- Turn on the flame,place a deep vessel and pour half litre of whole or full fat milk .
- Take a tablespoon of corn flour then add little bit water to prepare a smooth batter.
- Add the lumps free thin corn flour and mix it completely and let it cook.
- When the milk boils and scrape the side edges using spoon at regular intervals of time .
- Add a tablespoon of badam powder to add more taste and flavor and mix it .
- Add 3/4 cup of sugar and mix it well ,so that it turns creamy texture
- Add half tablespoon of crunched green cardamom powder and mix it for good smell and mix it .
- Add crunched pistachios along with the boiling milk for more taste and cruchy let it boil
- Add crunched badam along with the boiling milk for more taste and cruchy, let it boil
- Add crunched cashews along with the boiling milk for more taste and cruchy ,let it boil
- Take two nos of ripe mangoes ,peel the skin then add the flesh in a blender.
- Blend it once till it turns nice creamy texture and allow to cool the creamy milk.
- When the milk cools completely ,add the blended mango pulp along with the prepared milk.
- Mix it all once by using spoon now the color changes,let’s prepare the kulfi.
- Take 4 moulder i have taken 3 small tumbler and pour the cooled mixture in it.
- Now place the silver foil sheet on top of the moulder or tumbler and press all over the sides.
- Insert the knife slowly on center part gently and place the kulfi sticks in it.
- Place all the four moulder in a freezer and let it freeze it for 8 hours.
- After 8 hours ,take the moulder and gently plug it by rotating ,Our tasty mango kulfi is ready.
