STEP : 1
At the first step clean the fish and remove unwanted things and drain off excess water . then keep it aside .

Then peel off skin from the green mango and cut it to small pieces . chop all the other ingredients also .

Then heat a mud pot and put oil to it , then add mustards and when it splutters add onion and ginger to it .

Stir it well and then add the chopped tomato mix it well . when it is nicely translucent add mango to it .

STEP : 5
Mix it very well and keep the flame low and close the mud pot , let the mango becomes nicely mixed with other ingredients .

Then add coriander powder , turmeric powder and chilly powder to it , stir it for two to three minutes .

Then pour one or two cup of water and put some curry leaves also to it . let it boil and oil separated .

Then put some salt and the cleaned fish pieces to it mix it well and then close the mud pot to get it cooked well .

STEP : 9
After ten to twenty minutes we can see our fish mango curry is cooked . there will be oil separated on the upper layer .

Then off the flame and serve the dish along with white rice and vegetables . enjoy with your loved ones .
