This is a traditional curry at Kerala side . This we can make very easily with very few ingredients at our home kitchen . We usually take this along with white rice with some vegetables and pickle ,it will give an awesome combination .

Ingredients of Mango fish curry

0.50 kg fish
1.00 no mango
1.00 no onion
1.00 tbsp ginger
1.00 no tomato
2.00 tbsp oil
0.25 tbsp mustard
6.00 no yellow mustard
0.25 cup curry leaves
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder
0.50 tbsp coriander powder
0.50 tbsp chilly powder
0.25 tbsp salt

At the first step clean the fish and remove unwanted things and drain off excess water . then keep it aside .

Then peel off skin from the green mango and cut it to small pieces . chop all the other ingredients also .

Then heat a mud pot and put oil to it , then add mustards and when it splutters add onion and ginger to it .

Stir it well and then add the chopped tomato mix it well . when it is nicely translucent add mango to it .

Mix it very well and keep the flame low and close the mud pot , let the mango becomes nicely mixed with other ingredients .

Then add coriander powder , turmeric powder and chilly powder to it , stir it for two to three minutes .
