This is a sweet dish served at the end of a sumptuous meal. It is prepared using mango bar and dates. It is slightly hot and spicy and is prepared by boiling the mango bar and dates to get an uniform mixture. This can be preserved in the refrigerator for a couple of days and is best served when chilled.

Ingredients of Mango date chutney

0.25 kg MangoBar
1.00 cup Dates
0.25 tbsp MustardSeed
1.00 no RedChili
0.25 tbsp Salt
1.00 tbsp Oil
