We need the raw mango paste and tomatoes are the main ingridients for this curry and instead of using tamarind we are using the mango and also the basic ingridients like salt,turmeric,chili powder,oil,cumin are used for this curry.

Ingredients of Mango dal

1.00 cup tomatoes
1.00 cup toor dal
0.50 cup raw mango paste
0.50 tbsp turmeric
0.50 tbsp green chilies
0.50 tbsp cumin
0.50 tbsp mustard seeds
0.50 cup oil
0.75 tbsp salt
5.00 cup water
0.50 tbsp red chili powder

Mango dal

First take the toor dal of 1 cup and soak in water for about 3 to 4 hours before the cooking.
