Ingredients of Mango dal
STEP : 1
First take the toor dal of 1 cup and soak in water for about 3 to 4 hours before the cooking.

Take that soaked toor dal into one bowl and add 1/2 table spoon of slightly sliced green chilies to it and add some water for boil.
STEP : 3
Now take 1 cup of finely chopped tomatoes and add it to the bowl containing soaked toor dal and green chilies.

Take pressure cooker add some water to it and keep the bowl inside it for cooking,in a high flame with a lid.
STEP : 5
Now keep the lid with a vessel and allow for 5 to 7 vessels for about 10 to 15 minutes in a high flame.

Take another pan add 1/2 table spoon of oil to it and made it heat for some time in a low flame.
STEP : 7
Add some 1/2 spoon of cumin and 1/2 spoon of mustard seeds to it and also add 2 chili flakes and made it fry .
STEP : 8
Add boiled dal to it and also add 1/2 table spoon of the turmeric powder to it and add some salt of their taste.
STEP : 9
Now mix well the salt and add 1/2 cup of the raw mango paste and mix well and leave it to cook .

Before put off the stove add some 1/2 table spoon of the red chili powder mix well and take into the serving bowl.
