  • 0.50 cup Curds
  • 4.00 no Ripe Bananas
  • 2.00 tbsp Ghee
  • 2.00 tbsp Sugar
  • 0.50 tbsp Salt
  • 0.25 tbsp Baking Soda
  • 2.00 cup Oil

  • Keep all your ingredients at hand to avoid confusion and for adjusting the right amount of dough that is needed for kneading.

  • Sift the wheat flour and add sugar , salt, baking soda and ghee to it and mix well. nest add curds and mix well.

  • Mash the banana thoroughly. now add the banana to the mixture and mould nicely until its a soft dough. You can add more ghee if you wish.

  • Knead the dough thoroughly till its very soft and keep it for 8 hours or overnight till the dough rises. keep it covered for better fermentation.

  • The fermented dough nearly doubles. make small balls and knead them by hand gently . you need not use any flatterer for this.

  • Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the flattened dough until its brown in color flip it to let it rise. serve with chutney or honey and relish the yummy buns.
