This is a nomb Thura special item use commonly at malabar and Kannur areas at Kerala , this serve in marriages also , so we can understand it's a royal food. main ingredient is wheat so it's very healthy rich.

Ingredients of Malabar aleesa

1.00 cup wheat
0.25 kg chicken
1.00 cup milk
1.00 tbsp ghee
0.25 tbsp salt
2.00 tbsp sugar
2.00 no cinnamon
5.00 no clove
3.00 no cardamom
2.00 tbsp cashew nut
2.00 tbsp raisins
0.50 cup onion

Malabar aleesa

At the first step take wheat and wash it well ,then keep this in a pressure cooker for easy cooking .

Then to this add two cup water ,chicken pieces, clove , cinnamon and cardamom . Add some sugar and salt also .

Then close the pressure cooker and keep it for cooking , wait for two visils and then check whether it is cooked or not , if not cooked add some water and keep it again on flame .

Then remove the chicken bones and cinnamon pieces from it , mean while fry some onion and nuts in ghee .
