Ingredients of Malabar aleesa
STEP : 1
At the first step take wheat and wash it well ,then keep this in a pressure cooker for easy cooking .

Then to this add two cup water ,chicken pieces, clove , cinnamon and cardamom . Add some sugar and salt also .
STEP : 3
Then close the pressure cooker and keep it for cooking , wait for two visils and then check whether it is cooked or not , if not cooked add some water and keep it again on flame .

Then remove the chicken bones and cinnamon pieces from it , mean while fry some onion and nuts in ghee .

Then take a mixer or blender and pour the cooked wheat and chicken to it and grind it well ,this step is optional if you do this you will get a smooth aleesa .

Then pour some milk sugar and ghee to it and mix it well , we should take this dish along coconut milk or milk ,ghee and sugar for better taste .

Now our dish malabar aleesa is ready to serve , serve hot or chilled ,add some fried onion and nuts above it .
