STEP : 1
Before start the cock keep ready .Now take one cup of rice millet and put in to a big bowl and keep it a side.

STEP : 2
Now add 1/2 cup of wheat millet to the bowl which already used for rice millet and mix it well and keep it a side.

STEP : 3
Add one table spoon of salt in to the same bowl and mix it well, if required taste it well .

Add one and half glass of water in to the rice millet and wheat millet bowl and mix it well like semi liquid condition.

STEP : 5
After mixing of wheat millet , rice millet and salt. keep it a side for 5 minutes it will good for spread

STEP : 6
Take tava and keep it on stove with high flame Sprinkle some water to know whether the tava is heated.then start.

STEP : 7
Now spread (sarsu) the batter using your hand on the heated tava on a thin line and spread it using water, Be care full while doing this because it will be on high flame Make a thin spread So that it gives the authentic taste.

STEP : 8
Leave it for few minute and check if it is baked well it come out easily otherwise it will not. if its not baked well leave few seconds.

Once one side baked well turn it and put again on tave for another side bake , both side should be baked well then only its tasty.

STEP : 10
Once bothe side baked well and sarso roti color will be gold and its is very crispy . Saarso roti is ready to serve.
