Ingredients of Majjiga pulusu
STEP : 1
Take the fresh curd of 1 cup and collect it to a bowl for the preparation process easily with this curd.

Whip the 1 cup of curd with the help of the tool and keep aside for further preparation process easily with this one.

After whipping add the salt of 1/4 table spoon and mix well until the salt dissolves in it for some time.

Be ready with the curry leafs of required no and remove the leafs from the stem of it and collect them to one bowl.

Add water to the bowl which is fresh water only and clean the curry leafs in the water for some time.

Ready the green chilies of 2 no which are required for the preparation process of this recipe in a easy way.

Cut the green chilies in to large pieces for this recipe with the curd as shown in the picture it made easy.

Take the pan add oil of 2 table spoons to it and made the oil to heat in a low flame for some time.

Add the cumin of 1/4 table spoon to it and made them to heat in the oil in a low flame.

Add the mustard seeds of 1/2 table spoon to it and made them to crack in the oil for some time.

Add the black gram of 1/4 table spoon to the oil and made them to fry in a low flame only.

For the taste purpose add the bengal gram seeds of 1/4 table spoon and made all the spices to heat in the oil.

Once they are fried add the curry leafs to the oil in a low flame and made them fry in the oil.

After that add the prepared whisk of curd to the oil and made to boil in a low flame only in the pan.

Now add the turmeric powder of 1/4 table spoon to the curd and mix well in the pan in a low flame.

Add the water of 1 cup to the curd and mix well until it forms a loose form of curd called majjiga.

After that add the chopped green chilies of 2 no to the curd and mix well int he pan in a low flame.

Add the salt of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well until it dissolves in the water for some time.

Add the red chili powder of 1/2 table spoon and mix well in the bowl and kept calm for some time in a low flame.

Before put off the stove add the garam masala powder and mix well and then take in to the serving bowl.
